Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sticky rice
  • 1 cup of mung beans
  • 500g of pork belly
  • 4 pieces of banana leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Soak sticky rice and mung beans overnight.
  2. Steam mung beans until soft and mash them.
  3. Mix pork belly with salt, sugar, and fish sauce.
  4. Layer banana leaves in a mold.
  5. Add a layer of sticky rice, then mung beans, and pork belly.
  6. Top with another layer of sticky rice.
  7. Wrap and secure with banana leaves.
  8. Steam the mold for 4 hours.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
