  • Banana leaves for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Soak glutinous rice and mung beans overnight.
  2. Steam the mung beans until soft.
  3. Mix pork belly with fish sauce and sugar.
  4. Layer rice, mung beans, and pork in a banana leaf.
  5. Wrap tightly and steam for 4 hours.
  6. Let it cool before slicing.
