A simple and tasty walking taco casserole recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
- Spread half of the beef mixture over the chips.
- Top with half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
- Pour salsa over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream and jalapeños if desired before serving.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite toppings.
- Can be made ahead of time and baked later.
- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
