Description

A tasty and easy-to-make walking taco casserole that combines all the flavors of a walking taco in a baked dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa. Stir well.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
  5. Spread the beef mixture over the chips.
  6. Add half of the cheese on top.
  7. Layer the remaining chips and beef mixture.
  8. Top with the remaining cheese.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve with sour cream and green onions on top.
