A tasty and easy-to-make walking taco casserole that combines all the flavors of a walking taco in a baked dish.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 3 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa. Stir well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
- Spread the beef mixture over the chips.
- Add half of the cheese on top.
- Layer the remaining chips and beef mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream and green onions on top.
